What are charges?
Charges are additional services or fees associated with a shipment beyond the standard cost of transportation that was agreed upon. There may be different types of charges (see below).

How to apply a charge?
Go to the freight. And press on the Extra Charges section. In the section you will see all added charges to the freight.
When the charge is applied, a notification will be sent to the other party. Other party is able to Confirm or Decline the charge. Both parties are entitled to decline any charges twice, if the agreement is not reached after two attempts, Spotos team will take over and make the final decision. An invoice will be issued automatically when the charge is applied.
There is an additional Spotos administration fee for all added charges. The fee is 7,4%.
Where to see any charges applied?
When a charge is issued to your freight you will receive an email notification, but you will also be able to find the charge invoice within the freight information.
After all charges from all parties are accepted invoices will be issued automatically. There is also no limit on the quantity of charges for each freight.
Spotos admin users keep the right to change all fields related to the charge and no time of validation is applied.
